a japanese bookshop

her face
distorted
with laughter

the glean of light
from the dashboard

halfway between his house
and the city,
all of the roads
start to look
the same.

    hi jes

have you seen the film 2046? you know whats weird is
    1. i burnt the soundtrack off sunny the other day, and then we work out that i forgot its still in my computer. now its at home in hong kong.
    2. this place i’m staying in reminds me of the film, and the thinking of the film made me think about you. so here i am.

ah timothy, so lovely to hear from you!

i haven’t seen 2046 yet, but i can’t wait to considering how much i love ‘in the mood for love’.

so of course you’re staying in a wong kar-wai world. i would expect nothing less.
